Room to grow. Paragon gives the opportunity for me to explore and learn a lot of things through every process needed becasuse our superiors open to any out-of-the-box idea and believe in us that we can complete the task. Some new kids might find it challenging but if you are explorative and brave you will wake up eagerly every morning and make things happen. 

Saat ini saya berperan sebagai brand innovation manager. Mungkin terdengar asing kalau dibandingkan dengan perusahaan konvensional, because there's no such thing as brand innovation manger. Long story short, I create a new brand. I collaborate with so many department to make it happen, from CMI team to understand more about the market and trend, CMM for facts and numbers in real life, PID to innovate and create the right product to answer people's needs, designers for the aesthetics side, and the list goes on and on.  

Kultur yang paling penting dan terasa kuat di tim Brand adalah inovasi. Kita tidak bisa berkembang sampai seperti sekarang tanpa pikiran terbuka dan berinovasi setiap harinya. Be inspired from every little thing you find everyday. I got inspiration for emina campaign back then because I listened to some cool tunes of my favourite electronic duo and use the title of the song as a campaign with definitely different style and approach.

Working at Paragon provided an extraordinary color in my career life. Here I really feel the invitation to develop the company. 

Here I learn how the spirit reaches dreams and ideals. Hard work and strategy do many things simultaneously. Involved in designing an optimal production system and designing a management system so that this company can last hundreds of years. All of these things made me rich in enthusiasm, ideals, and dreams, so that I could arrive at this point. 

At the moment I am in a division which has an important role in preparing the factory production capacity. I and the team are trusted to conduct a search and selection of better production technology. In addition, we also make several standard procedures and technologies. The most important and interesting thing is me and the team must be able to see improvement opportunities to create a more efficient production system. 

During the process I can always find spaces for improvement. This is what makes work interesting and not boring. If you look at the work environment, here is very unique, almost no visible boundaries between BOD and staff. It was incredible. Seniors from various positions, levels, and departments are also very friendly and willing to share stories, knowledge, and experience. 

Paragon will always give its own color in my heart.

Paragon Technology And Innovation, a name that was foreign to me at that time. As a fresh graduate, he was hesitant to join. Yes, because with brands and corporate that are not well known, it makes me hesitate to join. 

Joining a growing company, makes us have to be very dynamic people with a variety of changes that are so fast. With various kinds of challenges and threats that continue to come, but must still be faced. 

Being a part of Paragon, taught me a lot of things, from me who didn't understand anything, became aware of various things. Problems persist, like humans and ponds. If we can't swim, then we sink. 

Being a part of Paragon, makes me feel like I am a more humanized person. Not only results-oriented, but always appreciate the process that has been passed. In fact, it prioritizes spiritual needs. 
Seven years, time is not small to pass. Seven years running, my hopes remain the same, Paragon became a company with full benefits.
