Qualifications:
- Minimum of Bachelor (S1) in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Chemistry (Science), or Metallurgical Engineering from a national or overseas university.
- Fresh graduates or professionals having 1-2 years of experience
- Having a passion for FMCG, especially the beauty or cosmetics industry
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills

R&D Scientist:
- Develop and improve product formulas to meet market trends and customer needs.
- Support product launches and ensure smooth transition to production.
- Solve formulation challenges with data-driven solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for sample preparation and innovation support.
- Maintain clear documentation for compliance and continuous improvement.
R&D Process & Development
- Scale up lab formulas to production-level processes.
- Analyze and improve production quality through technical reviews.
- Assist in troubleshooting and support production teams.
- Drive productivity, yield improvement, and quality enhancement.
- Apply Total Quality Management (TQM) and Kaizen principles.
Packaging Innovation
- Monitor and analyze packaging trends and consumer insights.
- Turned insights into innovative packaging concepts and solutions.
- Ensure timely, cost-effective, and high-quality packaging development (OTIFQ).
- Identify improvement opportunities and align with internal teams.
- Maintain packaging standards and supplier collaboration.
- Manage suppliers' innovations to ensure the company's competitive advantages that support current and future business needs.
