Main Responsibilities:

  • Describing and concluding a business process through fragmented documented process sources and interview with relevant department
  • Providing conclusion effectiveness of a business process or providing potential changes both in terms of processes, supporting tools/ technology, organization, and others
  • Understand the PDCA process and 8 wastes for the application of business process description and conclusion
  • Coordinating with process owners, business process customers, and stakeholders/ superior to get a holistic business process overview/ helicopter view

  • Experience in copywriting, graphic design or a related field may be advantageous
  • Strong working knowledge of content management software, including Asana, WordPress, Photoshop, and Flash
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail, multitasking, and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong understanding and application of adult learning principles and blended learning techniques will be a plus

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop dynamic resources that support L&D initiatives
  • Develop training programs or methods of training, prepare updates to current programs and revise instructional material documents
  • Design instructional content and delivery methods that connect with different levels and types of learners that are in accordance with adult learning theory and principles
  • Develop training materials such as participant and facilitator guides, course resources, and digital assets
  • Design and develop materials for all modalities including but not limited to the virtual classroom environment, in-person instructor-led classes, and online self-paced learning
  • Create assets and learning modules to support classroom training using Articulate 360, PowerPoint, or other course authoring tools to develop eLearning materials
  • Create innovative on-demand eLearning modules (courses, skill profiles, videos, and assessments) that incorporate mixed media, such as graphics, animation, text, audio, and video
  • Write and concept scripts for various projects in L&D

MT - Digital Media Communication & Affiliate Marketing Executive

Main Responsibilities:

  • Creating training programmes for reseller that are aligned with the organisation’s objectives and having a strong understanding of what these are
  • Train internal (sales and community activation) and external (reseller) team regarding products and business knowledge
  • Acting as the go to within the business for anyone with questions or queries regarding training and development plans
  • Working closely with to leaders of reseller and having a full understanding of their training requirements
  • Embracing different styles of training media and techniques, including e-learning, modul, tutorial sessions or coaching
  • Having an awareness of the allocated budget and an ability to find solutions in order to implement the required training

Qualifications:

  • Fresh graduates or minimum 1 years; experience in professional content writing/ translator
  • At least Bachelor Degree, preferably in literature/ jurnalism
  • Excellent writing skills in Indonesian
  • Excellent understanding of written English
  • Team worker, fast, precise and able to match deadline
  • Knowledge about health/wellness or learning program is not required but definitely a plus.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Creative ideation and conceptualization skills. Has the ability to develop campaigns story and producing well researched, engaging and audience-oriented content for a variety of clientele
  • Demonstrate an understanding of how words and visuals work together in different platforms and formats with an understanding of design fundamentals
