Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any major, preferably in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field from a national or overseas university.
Open to fresh graduates or professionals with 1-2 years of experience.
Passionate about fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), especially in the beauty or cosmetics industry.
Strong interest in marketing and digital marketing.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Main Responsibilities:
Develop and execute brand plans with precision, ensuring effectiveness and efficiency.
Gain consumer insights and identify opportunities using consumer market intelligence.
Translate brand strategies into detailed action plans for implementation.
Work closely with digital transformation, media, and public relations teams to ensure seamless brand planning and campaign execution.
Collaborate with customer marketing management and market development teams to execute brand activation at the regional and channel levels.
Contribute to ideation and innovation for both existing products and new product development in partnership with the brand development team.
