Qualifications:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any major, preferably in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field from a national or overseas university.
  • Open to fresh graduates or professionals with 1-2 years of experience.
  • Passionate about fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), especially in the beauty or cosmetics industry.
  • Strong interest in marketing and digital marketing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to seize opportunities, demonstrate courage, and align with shared purposes, fostering collaboration and collective success.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute brand plans with precision, ensuring effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Gain consumer insights and identify opportunities using consumer market intelligence.
  • Translate brand strategies into detailed action plans for implementation.
  • Work closely with digital transformation, media, and public relations teams to ensure seamless brand planning and campaign execution.
  • Collaborate with customer marketing management and market development teams to execute brand activation at the regional and channel levels.
  • Contribute to ideation and innovation for both existing products and new product development in partnership with the brand development team.
