- Fresh graduates or professionals having 1-2 years of experience
- Maximum 25 years old

Main Responsibilities:

- Contribute to creating a positive workplace environment.
- Support various HR functions such as Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding, Paragon University, HR Operations, Talent Management, and Corporate Affairs
- Help boost employee satisfaction and engagement.
- Foster good relations between teams and management.
- Maintain our corporate culture and values.
