Qualifications:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any major, preferably in Management, Psychology, Communication, or Engineering from a national or - overseas university.
  • Open to fresh graduates or professionals with 1-2 years of experience.
  • Ability to foster positive relationships between employees, teams, and management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to seize opportunities, demonstrate courage, and align with shared purposes, fostering collaboration and collective success.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to building a positive and engaging workplace environment.
  • Execute various human resource functions, including Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding, HR Operations, Talent Management, and Corporate Affairs.
  • Enhance employee satisfaction and engagement through HR initiatives.
  • Strengthen relationships between teams and management, promoting collaboration and synergy.
  • Uphold and maintain corporate culture and values, ensuring alignment across the organization.
