Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any major from a national or overseas university.
- Open to fresh graduates or professionals with 1-2 years of experience.
- Passionate about FMCG, especially in beauty or the cosmetics industry.
- Strong analytical, numerical, and strategic thinking skills with the ability to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proactive and solution-oriented, with a strong problem-solving mindset.
- Able to seize opportunities, show courage, and align with shared purposes to drive collective success.
- Open to being placed in various locations across Indonesia, including different provinces and cities.
Main Responsibilities:
- Translate consumer insights and market trends into actionable field strategies.
- Ensure brand messaging from the Marketing Team is effectively executed in the field.
- Partner with retailers to drive business growth through data analysis and business performance reviews.
- Develop strategic collaborations with retailers to enhance in-store execution and overall sales performance.
- Work with the Supply & Distribution Team to identify opportunities for market expansion and optimize product availability.
